- Commission is earned on a referred customer's original purchase only: an Onomaco subscription plan, the First Thirty bundle, and products sold from a tenant's own storefront or community. Nothing else earns commission. In particular, later in-account purchases by an existing customer are excluded — AI credit top-ups and usage charges beyond a plan's included allowance earn no commission, first time or any time.

Balances below the threshold carry forward without forfeiture. Correlation or fraud-risk signals create a review hold; they do not automatically deny an earned commission.
Monthly-cap overflow is deferred without forfeiture. Closing stops new accrual; a vested balance below the payout threshold remains a dormant liability and is restored if the account reopens. Negative clawback debt remains due.
Qualification and reversals
- Commission starts only after Onomaco verifies collected customer revenue.
- A refund reduces commission by the same fraction it reduced qualifying revenue.
- Chargebacks, failed payments, self-referrals, cookie stuffing, and forced clicks do not qualify.
- Tax identity must be verified before any positive payout can be handed to an operator.
- Payouts are reviewed and paid by a human through an external rail; Onomaco does not auto-send affiliate funds.
Promotion rules
- Clearly disclose the affiliate relationship everywhere a referral link appears.
- No paid search bidding on Onomaco brand terms.
- No spam, impersonation, incentivized or self-referral purchases, income claims, or earnings claims.
- No cookie stuffing, forced clicks, hidden frames, or misleading redirects.
- Onomaco may suspend participation, investigate affected commissions, and exercise documented clawback rights for violations.
