Our refund commitment

If your purchase did not deliver what was described at checkout, you may request a refund within 14 days of purchase. Any guarantee shown on our pages is backed by this policy. Offer-specific terms shown before you pay take precedence where they differ.

How to request a refund

Email hello@onomaco.com with the email address used at checkout and your order details. Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method.
