Refund Policy
This policy explains how refunds work for purchases made through an Onomaco checkout and how to request one.
Eligibility
Seven days, full refund, no questions.
It applies to anything you buy through an Onomaco checkout, Done Is a Fact — The First Thirty included. You do not have to complete anything, reach any result, or give us a reason.
There is no other refund policy and no offer-specific exception to this one. If a page anywhere on Onomaco says otherwise, this page is the one that governs.
Done Is a Fact — The First Thirty
There is no stake and nothing is forfeited. The First Thirty is $297 once, and Onomaco Growth is $149 for the first month — $446 today, taken as two line items on one card. Growth then renews at $149 a month, on its own, until you cancel.
There is no completion reward. Nothing is paid, credited, discounted or granted for finishing, and nothing is withheld for not finishing. No part of this offer is settled in platform credit. There is no credit balance to earn, spend or lose.
The policy above governs this offer for its refund window like every other purchase. Its binding terms are set out in full, in the words that bind, in the Terms of Service.
How to request a refund
Email support@onomaco.com. Give the email you used at checkout and your order details. We aim to respond within five business days.
How refunds are processed
Approved refunds are issued through Stripe to the original payment method. It may take several business days for the credit to appear, depending on your bank or card issuer.
