Use of the service

You may use Onomaco only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you submit and for keeping your account credentials secure.

Purchases and billing

Payments are processed by Stripe. Prices and what each offer includes are shown at checkout. Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy, which is the same for every purchase and has no offer-specific exception. Done Is a Fact — The First Thirty carries further terms, and they are set out in full below in the words that bind rather than summarised here.

Done Is a Fact — The First Thirty

Your stake. There is no stake and nothing is forfeited. The First Thirty is $297 once, and Onomaco Growth is $149 for the first month — $446 today, taken as two line items on one card. Growth then renews at $149 a month, on its own, until you cancel.

What counts as finishing. All five gates green by day 30. Every gate is read from your own account. Where a gate depends on something you tell us — the ad account you used, or spend you placed by hand — it says logged. A missed gate never locks the next one — the days keep arriving on schedule whatever the gates say. Nothing you are owed depends on how they read.

The five gates. Each closes on its day and is read from the platform’s own logs against these thresholds:

• Gate 1 (day 7) — Ready to Spend: tracking proven · $1 self-test done and refunded · ad account you can spend from · ad approved after the claims check · budget, dates and the most you will pay per buyer
• Gate 2 (day 10) — Live: campaign live with an approved spending limit
• Gate 3 (day 21) — The Hundred: 100 visits counted · 10 people named through your sign-up step
• Gate 4 (day 27) — The Ask: offer sent to a list of ten or more · real deadline set
• Gate 5 (day 30) — The Fact: cleared live payment · from someone not in your day-0 contacts

An offer counts as sent to your list only when it went to at least 10 people — the floor the evaluator applies to gate 4.

The completion reward. There is no completion reward. Nothing is paid, credited, discounted or granted for finishing, and nothing is withheld for not finishing. No part of this offer is settled in platform credit. There is no credit balance to earn, spend or lose.

If we are at fault. Inside the seven days after you buy, the guarantee is the whole remedy: Seven days, full refund, no questions. After those seven days there is no separate make-good — no credits, no extensions, no free months, no bonus days — because the moment a remedy is conditioned on how your thirty days went, it becomes a promise about your results, and we are not making one.

Refunds. Seven days, full refund, no questions. The seven days run from the day you buy, not from the 1st. Ask within them and both line items go back — the challenge and the first month of Growth — and the subscription this purchase started is cancelled with the refund, so nothing more is charged. After those seven days The First Thirty is not refundable; the Growth subscription is still cancellable at any time from Billing → Manage in Stripe. Everything you build stays in your account either way.

When it starts. On the 1st of the month. Everyone on a given challenge runs the same schedule; there is no pause and no personal clock.

Connected ad accounts

You can connect your own Meta or Google Ads account. When you do, you let us read its spend, clicks and results, and the lists of your ad accounts and Pages.

We create campaigns and ads paused. We start or pause them only after you approve the budget by typing it in. The ad platform bills your own account for the ads.

Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains what personal data we collect and how it is handled.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, Onomaco is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
